RocheMartin are leaders in building emotional intelligence.

We provide a range of products, training and consulting services that improve leadership and sporting performance by applying emotional intelligence (EQ) principles.

"Emotional Capital" is RocheMartin's model of emotional intelligence (also known as EQ or EI) and was specifically created with leadership in mind. It is explained in Dr Martyn Newman's best-selling book Emotional Capitalists: The New Leaders.

The Emotional Capital Report (ECR) is RocheMartin's online assessment tool, and is available in various report formats, including Summary, Full, 360, and Selection.
