Acaria Coaching & Consulting
Acaria Coaching & Consulting was founded by Annette Andrews in 2020 when she left her role as the Chief People Officer at Lloyds of London. The creation of this business focusing on People and Culture had been a long held personal ambition, one that builds on all her global knowledge and experience of working with businesses on a-cross sector basis.
At Acaria, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to reach their full potential and that we all have “Moments that Matter” during our lifetime, both personally and professionally. By helping individuals and organisations identify with such moments, and by putting in the correct supporting strategies, development initiatives, policies and toolkits; Acaria supports individuals and organisations achieve this potential and helps manage the change and transformational journey effectively. We proudly provide strategic thinking and insight into People, Leadership, Culture, Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing at all levels within organisations; and work in partnership with trusted specialist Associates to create tailored solutions for our clients.
The business has continued to grow and we now work with a small group of Associates that Annette has personally worked with during her career, to provide a wider offering, plus additional knowledge and expertise. We have expertise across a wide range of people related topics and provide Consulting support, Tailored development programmes, Individual and Team Coaching, Mediation and Investigation support, Speakers and Facilitators. We work globally and on a cross sector basis, supporting individuals and teams at all levels.
We are a qualified partner with Roche Martin and weave Emotional Intelligence, into all the work we do as we believe it is a differentiator for individuals, teams and organisations. We also integrate Inclusion into the Emotional Intelligence work that we do, as our experience shows that they are interconnected. We can use individual and team profiles to support the work we do, integrating them into our coaching work and into our development programmes. They can also be used to support recruitment activity and 360 feedback for employees.
We offer a wide range of coaching services; this includes working with organisations to provide a dedicated pool of coaches for individual and team coaching opportunities. We will work with you to meet the specific needs and to develop tailored solutions. Our experienced coaches can provide support at all levels of your business, we have can integrate a number of psychometric tools depending on what is required. Coaching is also effectively used by clients to support onboarding, integration into teams and to support individual employees during and after extended periods of leave (eg parental leave, bereavement leave etc). It is also effectively used to support individual employees as they leave an organisation and transition, after redundancy for example. We can also provided individual life coaching support, and also pet therapy coaching which integrates our founder's therapy dog. All of our coaching services are available globally, either on line or in person.
We have very senior executive coaches, including our founder Annette Andrews, who have had an extensive career themselves as executives and non executives. They are very experienced at working with individuals at Senior Leadership, Board and Executive Committee level. Psychometrics can be integrated; increasingly an emotional intelligence profile is completed with individuals operating at this level, as emotional intelligence can be developed and has been identified as a key differentiator when it comes to business and leadership success. Executive coaching can be provided to support onboarding, on going development, team integration, exit management etc. Team coaching is also available at this level, again integrating individual and team profiles as needed to support the process. All of our coaching services are available globally, either on line or in person
There are occasions when it is useful to have a team coaching event to bring people together; this might be due to for example roles changing, the team or business having a new leader or direction, a project that need specific focus, new members of the team to be integrated or relationships that need enhancing. Individual attendees can have individual coaching sessions first, with the option to include psychometrics; these are all then brought together as a team profile and event. Or a team coaching event can take place without the individual sessions taking place. These can be stand along events, or they can be integrated into wider occasions, such as business offsites etc. These events are tailored to your needs, with individual and team profiles integrated as needed. A 360 element can also be integrated.
We are very experienced Leadership Development professionals; typically we have had senior roles in-house and now use our skills and experience to support the development of others. We will work with you to identify your specific needs, the outcomes required and to develop a tailored solution for you. This can be a stand alone initiative or the development of a longer term programme, that we can design and then deliver for you. We work in partnership with you to understand your specific needs and then to create a bespoke service for you.
Sales and Commercial Training
As part of our team we have very experienced professionals who provide Sales & Commercial training, coaching and mentoring support to others. We always listen to your specific needs and what you want to achieve; we then work with you to provide a tailored solution.. This could be training, it could be a combination of coaching and training, or mentoring. A wide range of support is available, again on a global basis, both in person and virtually.

Our founder Annette Andrews is experienced in designing and developing Graduate Recruitment and Training programmes. That is actually where she started her career, She and her team work with you to identify your specific needs and to develop a bespoke solution that they can then help implement, and facilitate on your behalf if required.
Talent Management is integral to our ethos and approach. We believe that everyone is talent; it is about optimising the skills and experience that you have in your organisation. We provide a broad range of skills and experience in this area from experienced business partner support, to the design of policies and approaches, facilitation of talent management events (eg talent discussions, succession planning development), the creation and facilitation of development centres etc. We work with you to identify your specific needs and to develop a bespoke solution that we can then help implement, and facilitate on your behalf if required.
Wellness and Wellbeing
The services provided are focused on up skilling individuals and teams of on the personal and business benefits of integrating well-being into a wide range of activities across your organisations so that it becomes part of the DNA and Culture. The offering included individual coaching, team coaching events, leadership development, the review of benefits programmes and wellbeing offerings. Emotional Intelligence is integral to this important topic and integrated into all our work on the topic
Culture and Change work is integral to all businesses and very much part of the services that we provide. Our founder Annette Andrews is passionate about Culture Change and Development work, and is well known for the Culture and Behaviour work that she did as Chief People Officer Lloyds of London. We weave emotional intelligence into the services provided in this area, and much focus is placed on up skilling managers and leaders as the key change agents in this area for their businesses. We work with you to understand what your specific needs are and then to develop the services that meet your needs. This may be one specific offering or it may be a combination. As you might expect our founder Annette Andrews is passionate about recruiting, developing and retaining women in the workplace, and providing them with the support they need to achieve leadership positions. As an experienced Chief People Officer she has put in place a variety of programmes and initiatives to support 'Women as Leaders'; she brings this knowledge and expertise, plus her own experience to the services we provide. She is well known for the work that she did on this whole area whilst the Chief People Officer for Lloyds of London. Our experienced team draws on their collective knowledge and experience of developing women as leaders to provide Coaching, Leadership development and Mentoring for Women and broader training for Executive Committees and Boards on this key topic. We can also support organisations with the development of their female talent pipelines and succession plans; developing specific programmes and initiatives to support specific needs once identified.
