I provide coaching and training programmes which enable individuals and teams to break down the barriers to their potential and enjoy greater business success. My approach ensures that people can fulfil their potential by developing the skills, attitudes and behaviours they want and need.
I am an ICF accredited coach. I am also a qualified master NLP practitioner, Systemic Team Coach and Enhanced Conversational Intelligence practitioner.
In addition to my coaching practice, I am a director at Corporate Punk which is a specialist change practice. Through a combination of consulting, coaching and training we help organisations to achieve sustainable change. At the heart of our approach is ensuring change is done with rather than to people. My work at Corporate Punk helps me to remain connected to and engaged in addressing the challenges of leading in today's volatile, uncertain and complex business world.
Finally I am passionate about developing younger talent and as such am proud to be an approved coach on the prestigious Marketing Academy and New Entrepreneurs Foundation programmes.
Roche Martin's ECR and 360 ECR profiles are integral to my work with individuals, especially senior leaders. I also offer group ECR sessions enabling teams to evaluate their collective emotional intelligence and identify how they can enhance their ways of working together.
I design bespoke coaching and training programmes to meet your exact needs but often my work focuses on the following areas: High Performing Teams – coaching programmes that enable teams (especially senior leadership teams) to develop aligned ways of working, foster positive relationships, elevate performance and lead towards collective business success. Leaders In Transition – a programme of one-to-one coaching sessions for leaders who are seeking to navigate moments of change – for example as they seek to achieve a promotion, thrive in a new role, evaluate a change in direction, become a senior leader etc. With a focus on reconnecting to values, beliefs, wants and needs I help individuals to define how they want to navigate the change and work with them to ensure they are able to act with confidence. Inspiring Leaders – leadership development programmes consisting of personality profiling, group training and one to one coaching to equip people with the emotional intelligence skills they need to be inspiring leaders. Maternity Transition – a programme of one-to-one coaching sessions for women making the transition back into work after maternity leave which equips them with the ability to define how they want to be as a working mum, helps them achieve to focus and to set and manage boundaries as they re-enter the workplace.
I support senior executives to achieve high performance during moments of significant change for example as they seek to thrive in a new role, lead organisational transformation or evaluate their future ambitions.
Using profiling tools such Roche Martin's ECR and practical frameworks I work with leadership teams supporting them to develop aligned ways of working, foster positive relationships, elevate performance and lead towards collective business success.
Women As Leaders
Whilst I work with all genders I have a particular interest in supporting female leaders, especially those who are also mothers. I work with them to define clear a sense of purpose, ambition, values and boundaries and ensure they lead themselves in ways which are authentic and achieve the success they desire.
