EQuality Consulting & Coaching combines over 25 years of HR experience with professional Coaching expertise to give a rich and varied offering for its Clients. Providing HR Consulting for companies large and small, to support them on their People Agenda, whether for individual projects, acquisitions, culture, or more operational hands-on support for those that don't have their own in-house HR resource but see the value in doing things properly.
Although it is important to have processes, I am passionate that companies need to start thinking beyond that and understand how human beings are motivated, how they think, feel and learn to really allow employees to flourish, and for companies to thrive. As an ICF accredited Coach, my training is underpinned by the latest research in Neuroscience and Emotional Intelligence. In the fast paced rapidly changing and ambiguous world, companies need employees that are resilient and adaptable and coaching provides the tool to unlock potential and creativity for individuals to solve their own problems.
