Innerworks Coaching and Training Ltd.

Louise Hyland is the Founder and Owner of Innerworks Coaching & Training. With a background in retail leadership, Louise has spent 30 years helping her managers and teams reach their full potential, mediate conflict and performance coach to deliver on her organisation's strategic challenges.

Louise is accredited as a mediator with Maynooth University and under the Mediation Institute of Ireland. She is a CINERGY trained conflict coach and an ICF accredited executive and leadership coach. She is also certified to use the RocheMartin Emotional Capital report (ECR) which is a leadership psychometric tool for developing emotional intelligence. She is also an accredited conflict dynamics profile trainer, CDP-1 and CDP-360 licensed administrator.

Services

Team Coaching

I am certified to use the RocheMartin Emotional Capital report (ECR) and ECR 360, a leadership psychometric tool for developing emotional intelligence. I am also a trainer in the ECR workshop - a workshop designed to equip participants with the ten dynamic emotional skills that distinguish outstanding leaders from average ones.

Leadership Development

I am certified to provide coaching to leaders using the MTI Conflict Dynamic Profile CDP-1 and CDP -360 assessing their conflict behaviours and developing more constructive conflict behaviours. I am aslo a certified workplace Mediator and Trainer (CMT) in Conflict Resolution - providing training in necessary knowledge to understand what happens in conflict, having successful conflict conversation and in third party resolution.

Graduate Training

I am on the Trinity College executive coaching panel using the ECR and ECR 360 in their MBA programme to help their leadership development.
