From accounting to financial recruiting to higher education I've been helping people for 22+ years find, acknowledge, and respect their authentic selves; equipping companies with leaders who generate results. Together we will build you a life of fulfillment, and authentic leadership.
For nearly a decade at the renowned UBC Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia, I spearheaded coaching services and programs available for over 44,000 graduates globally. I now have my own coaching practice, where I create moments of genuine engagement and connection for clients, organizations, and schools.

Emotional Intelligence
Emotional Intelligence is the ability to recognise and manage our own emotions and to understand and influence the emotions of others. EQ has become key to building a strong leadership presence and successful teams. This can be packaged as assessment and coaching debrief session or it can be built into the package of 6+ coaching sessions with one session being the debrief and then weaved into the continuous work we do together.
