Emotional Intelligence using the RocheMartin ECR is a key gateway to understanding more about self and Personal Mastery. The company is led by Greg Suart who as well as being a qualified executive coach and Master Practitioner in NLP and in hypnosis, has a successful background working with multi-national companies, SMEs and start-ups in a variety of executive and non executive positions; an MBA (Cranfield); and experience in raising finance, business planning and implementation. All of this experience informs a deeper understanding of the challenges facing executives in their daily leadership practice.
