About the workshop

In this latest Masterclass Webinar Judy Purse provides a  deeper dive into the recently launched Mastering EQ Programme, which consists of two parts

  •  Master EQ (Level 1) which is a one-day programme designed to scale your organisation’s ability to develop Emotional Intelligence. It looks at four Emotional Capital competencies.
  • Mastering EQ (Level 2) which is a follow-on one-day workshop covering the remaining six Emotional Capital competencies. Group coaching helps to reflect on each individual’s ECR 360 assessment.

Judy is a consulting psychologist, Co-founder and Director of RocheMartin. She is widely regarded for her many years of experience in conducting psychological assessments, facilitation and executive coaching in organisations globally.

Judy is the co-author of the Emotional Capitalist Report and leads the RocheMartin business in APAC. She holds worldwide responsibility for the certification of both internal and external practitioners.
