Based on these scores, it provides 19-pages of powerful coaching strategies and a tailored action plan for building leadership skills. The report can be delivered in two forms: ![tick](https://www.rochemartin.com/hubfs/tick.svg) If you are an individual wanting to build your personal emotional intelligence, **the report is delivered immediately** to your desktop. ![tick](https://www.rochemartin.com/hubfs/tick.svg) If you are a professional coach using the report with clients, once the client has completed the ECR **the report can be sent exclusively to you** as the coach for later delivery in a personal coaching session [Buy the report](https://shop.rochemartin.com/product/emotional-capital-report-ecr-self-report/) ![quotes](https://www.rochemartin.com/hubfs/_2021/May_2021/quotes.svg) The ECR is more than just a tool and RocheMartin has a very clear process of how you provide that feedback.
