  • The ECR Selection Report is an effective tool for talent identification and selecting high-performing employees. A growing number of studies show that recruiting and selecting people based on emotional intelligence produces superior results compared to more traditional approaches that rely on technical knowledge and cognitive ability alone.

    In addition to providing scores on the ten emotional and social competencies of emotional intelligence, the ECR Selection Report provides a guide to the interpretation of scores that can be explored during a behavioral interview.

Two reports are delivered to the organisation, the ECR Selection Report, that provides a semi-structured interview guide & an ECR Full report, that assess their leadership ability and provides a solid platform for ongoing development.
