Payment and Online Account Policy

Only credit card transations are accepted. RocheMartin accepts Visa and Mastercard.

Orders will not be accepted for processing by RocheMartin unless payment has been approved. RocheMartin reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Delivery Policy

RocheMartin delivers globally.

Orders for digital products to be downloaded or accessed online will be fulfilled as soon as payment and qualification is approved. Orders for items which need physical shipping will be dispatched within 48 hours.

Back ordered items not available at the time of processing are sent out as soon as they are available but this will attract an additional freight charge. Orders are not processed or dispatched until full payment has been received.

RocheMartin takes all reasonable care to ensure your order is delivered promptly and in good order. We cannot accept liability for any delivery delay, loss or damage once your order has left our system.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform RocheMartin if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived within the delivery time parameters, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible and keep you notified.

It is the obligation of the customer to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If a wrong or unattended address is entered, the customer is liable for additional delivery costs to re-send the order to the correct address at its expense.

Returns / Refund Policy

RocheMartin will accept returns of faulty products (with proof) up to 14 days from the date of delivery.
