Overview

Research on the common features that contribute to positive lasting change in emotionally based behaviours has identified seven key factors that accelerate and sustain change. The Emotional Capitalist Leadership System is a powerful, seven-step leadership development program that leverages the seven necessary conditions to maximise the development of emotional intelligence in leaders. Each step in the process is supported by a highly practical online tool – SmartCoach - designed to break open the building blocks of emotional intelligence and accelerate learning.

The program is scalable and adaptable and uses a combination of face-to-face an onlne platforms that enable teams in diverse geographical locations to build emotional capital together.

New Leaders Seminar A powerful introduction to the science of Emotional Intelligence and how it relates to leadership success. Delivered in either a keynote or workshop format, the New Leaders Seminar is an engaging way to build momentum for change in your organization. Measures the current level of emotional capital and leadership competencies in your organization with world-class online assessment tools including the Emotional Capital Report (ECR) your own customized Leadership Values Inventory (LVi) with multi-rater feedback.
